 7 PM: TUESDAY, MARCH 1ST, 2005 -- COORS EVENT CENTER
G.O.R.D and Kappa Alpha Theta are proud to present speaker Josh Goldman at 7 p.m. Tuesday March 1, 2005, at the Coors Event Center. Goldman’s presentation will include a showing of the Emmy award winning film, "Tell Me Something I Don't Know." The film and presentation touch on many of the issues surrounding alcohol like sexual assault, personal responsibility, hazing and liability. The film also highlights the tragic alcohol poisoning death of Massachusetts Institute of Technology freshman Scott Krueger in 1997.
Since University of Colorado students recently suffered the loss of Lynn Gordon Bailey Jr., the presentation will provide them with an in-depth look into the dangers of high-risk drinking.
