 UPDATE: Freshman Council Campaign for Change
On Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005, the University of Colorado Freshman Council will unvail the last phrase in its campaign for change. The event is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Duane Physics building Room G1B30. It includes a mystery guest speaker who will be revealed that night. Wristbands with a complete Statement of Change will be given to participants. The statement has been released word by word throughout the year.
The statement, "We Have Our..." is a reminder that CU students have the power to change the outcome of a potentially harmful situation.
Each word in the four word phrase is attached to a statement. "We," represents the phrase, "This is my response." "Have," means "The Change Starts Now," and "Our," is "Take a Stand." The last word will be revealed Wednesday. Remember change only happens when we come together to make a difference.
