About G.O.R.D.   Mission Statement G.O.R.D, Guidelines and Objectives of Responsible Drinking, is a group desiring to encourage an educated community to act responsibly in all social situations. G.O.R.D is committed to challenging the false perceptions of alcohol use and abuse commonly held among our peers. Through education regarding responsible alcohol practices, G.O.R.D intends to grow a strong network of people who live by these three objectives. I:         I will understand the risks involved II:       I will be mindful of my surroundings III:     I will spread awareness The people associated with G.O.R.D will add intangible value to the community through building stronger relationships among peer groups and the community at large. These will be interdependent relationships that protect friends from the abuse of alcohol. Those who follow G.O.R.D’s objectives are committed to remembering Lynn Gordon “Gordie” Bailey through the constant reminder from the G.O.R.D keychain to be responsible with the decision to drink alcohol.
